Laura Davis was named Executive Vice President of Designer Brands and President of DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse in 2023. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Davis served as Chief Merchandising Officer and Executive Vice President at Michaels, preceded by a tenure as Michaels’ Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. Her extensive retail and merchandising experience also include leadership positions at Claire’s and Macy’s.
 
Ms. Davis is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business.
