Andrew Wright is President of the Americas of Manolo Blahnik, the iconic luxury shoe brand, and is part of the global management team. Prior to his current role, Mr. Wright was responsible for the company’s commercial operations in London.
With the brand’s distinctive approach and sense of creativity paired with his commercial expertise of the American market, Mr. Wright is focused on the Americas retail expansion and strengthening relationships with wholesale partners. After opening new storefronts in key cities worldwide, in 2020 Manolo Blahnik opened a new flagship on Madison Avenue in New York, housing the brand’s showroom and headquarters. For the first time in the United States, customers found the women’s collections and men’s collections, a growing part of the business, showcased side-by-side. The company also acquired an Italian factory where their goods are produced to enhance their flexibility and agility in bringing products to their loyal client base, tailored to whatever market they may be in.
Mr. Wright previously held positions at Louis Vuitton and Polo Ralph Lauren.
