Paula Daniel is Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager of Buying for JD Sports/Finish Line. Recently joining the North America Division in 2023, Ms. Daniel is responsible for and leads the product merchandising strategy and brand initiatives across the JD Sports/Finish Line store estates and digital platforms. She joins the team in driving the strategic focus of the expansion plan of JD Sports in North America. 
 
Ms. Daniel’s career started with JD Sports in 2015 in the United Kingdom as Head of International Buying. In her role, she created and led the European buying function, was responsible for the development of existing, emerging markets, and led the growth of JD within the European markets. Ms. Daniel was also responsible for leading and developing buying and product teams within new joint ventures and franchise partnerships across the globe. 
 
She has a solid international background in the sports and fashion retail industry and a strong understanding of the youth and sports fashion culture. Ms. Daniel has developed great brand relationships and worked collectively to build long-term strategic partnerships.
 
She has over 20 years of experience within the field, including a ten-year tenure at Foot Locker Europe based in the Netherlands, working across European markets and buying departments. She began her career in fashion buying and retail at Warehouse Fashion in London.
 
Ms. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in buying and merchandising from The London Institute, London College of Fashion.
