Kathy Forstadt is Senior Director of Merchandising for Zappos.com, the experiential e-commerce and customer service company. In her leadership role, Ms. Forstadt oversees the men’s and women’s footwear division, with a focus on inventory optimization and vendor relationship management. She is also responsible for cross-functional teams across the merchandising department, ensuring integration and alignment on holistic company goals.

A proud Zapponian for 17 years, she worked for MGM Mirage retail prior to joining Zappos.com. She was recruited for the MGM position immediately upon graduation.

Throughout her career, Ms. Forstadt has worked with numerous footwear vendors and built strong relationships throughout the footwear industry. She serves on the board of FDRA and joined the Two Ten board in 2023. She also serves on the Two Ten WIFI advisory board.

She earned a bachelor of arts from Purdue University and an associate’s degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
