Anne Spangenberg was appointed President of Fashion Lifestyle Group at Deckers, which includes UGG and Koolaburra, in July 2022. She joined Deckers after a 13-year stint at Nike, where she served as Chief Merchant, and previously held leadership positions at Gap Inc. and Macy’s West. Ms. Spangenberg is an industry leader with over 25 years of experience in global consumer-focused omni-channel retail, including product creation, merchandising, buying, analytics, stores, digital, wholesale, and vertical.
 
She graduated from the University of California, Davis.
