An expert in organizational design and transformation, Jeremiah Lee leads innovation at Spencer Stuart. As a Founding Partner of the Reya Group, Mr. Lee brings extensive expertise in the design of organizational models and assessments and psychometric and leadership assessments. He is the creator of multiple organizational change instruments and has led numerous long-term research and development projects, while managing large-scale organizational transformation programs. He has worked with clients throughout Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe and solves highly complex change problems, integrating diverse methodological approaches and applying “systems thinking” to social dynamics. Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has advised global chief executive officers on organizational design, development, and innovation challenges and has also published various thought leadership pieces on organizational behavior and design. He earned a B.F.A. in computer graphics and interactive media from Pratt Institute.
